Yes, this one's important. Your bins need to be empty on your scheduled service day so we can clean every surface, inside and out. If your bins are full when we arrive, we may not be able to service them that visit.

No need to be home. Just leave your empty bins out and accessible on your scheduled service day and we'll take care of the rest.

Your base plan covers one bin. Need more? You can add bins at the additional-bin rate shown for your area. Just let us know how many you've got.

Once you're booked, we'll get you on the next available route in your neighborhood and confirm your service day. From there, you're on your plan's regular cadence.
