Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pristinebinsco.com and the services provided by Pristine Bins LLC ("Pristine Bins," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or booking a cleaning — including checking the acceptance box in our online booking flow — you agree to these Terms.

Our service

Pristine Bins provides curbside trash bin cleaning services across active service areas on the Western Slope of Colorado. Our cleaning process uses pressurized hot water, sanitizing agents, and a closed-loop water filtration system designed to clean the inside, outside, lid, and handle of residential and commercial bins.

Service areas, plan options, and pricing are listed on our website and may change. Areas listed as "launching soon" are not yet operational and bookings are accepted via waitlist.

Booking and scheduling

When you book a cleaning, we will confirm your scheduled service day. Service days are determined by your route and are not necessarily tied to your regular trash pickup day. Cleanings may occur before, on, or after your trash collection day.

Bin readiness

To receive service, your bins must be:

  • Empty on your scheduled service day
  • Accessible at the curb (or, for Pristine Subscription customers in Telluride and Mountain Village, available for retrieval from the garage area)

If your bins are full, blocked, or otherwise inaccessible when we arrive, we may not be able to complete service that visit. We'll do our best to communicate, but the visit may still be charged.

Pricing and billing

Pricing for active service areas is listed on our website. Subscription plans are billed automatically on the cadence you select (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, or one-time). Pricing is per bin, with additional-bin rates listed on the plans page. The Pristine Subscription (Telluride/Mountain Village only) is priced by bin-count tier.

By subscribing, you authorize Pristine Bins to charge your payment method on your plan's regular cadence until you cancel.

Cancellation, pauses, and refunds

You can change, pause, or cancel your subscription before your next scheduled clean by contacting us. Once a clean has been completed, that visit is non-refundable. Pristine Bins reserves the right to adjust this policy and to charge for visits where bins were inaccessible or full at the time of service.

Weather and rescheduling

Our equipment operates reliably in most mountain weather conditions, including rain and snow. If conditions become unsafe for our crew or equipment, we may reschedule your service and will notify you when we're back on route. Rescheduled cleanings due to weather are not charged separately.

Service area changes

Pristine Bins serves specific routes on the Western Slope. If you move outside our service area, your service will be paused or canceled. We're growing route by route and may expand to new areas over time.

Property access and liability

By scheduling service, you grant Pristine Bins reasonable access to the curbside area or, for Pristine Subscription customers, your garage area, to perform the cleaning. We're fully insured for the work we do.

Our cleaning process uses pressurized hot water, and some water runoff onto driveways, curbs, and the surrounding area is a normal part of the service. Pristine Bins is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to bins, including cracks, stains, fading, or deterioration
  • Ordinary wear to driveways, curbs, garage floors, or other surfaces from normal service operations, including water runoff
  • Items left inside bins that should not be there
  • Property issues unrelated to our cleaning service

If you believe our service has caused damage, you must notify us within 7 days of the service visit using the contact information below. To the extent permitted by law, claims reported after 7 days are waived. We'll investigate promptly and work to resolve legitimate claims fairly.

Customer responsibilities and indemnification

Bins presented for cleaning must not contain hazardous or dangerous materials — including needles or other sharps, chemicals, paint, fuel, motor oil, ammunition, animal carcasses, or biohazardous waste. We may decline to service any bin that appears unsafe, and the visit may still be charged.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pristine Bins LLC, its owners, and its employees from any claims, damages, injuries, or expenses arising from hazardous or prohibited materials in your bins, unsafe conditions on your property, or your violation of these Terms.

Wildlife note

Regular bin cleaning can help reduce odors that attract bears and other wildlife. However, no cleaning service can guarantee wildlife will not approach your property. Customers in bear country should continue to follow local wildlife guidelines and ordinances.

Communications

By providing your phone number or email, you agree that Pristine Bins may contact you about your service, including reminders, scheduling changes, and account updates. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

Intellectual property

The Pristine Bins name, logo, website content, and brand assets are owned by Pristine Bins LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our services and website are provided "as is." We stand behind the quality of our cleaning, but results vary with a bin's age, material, and condition — we do not warrant that any bin will be free of all stains, odors, residue, bacteria, or pests after service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pristine Bins is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of our website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Montrose County, Colorado.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any revisions. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
